CANCELLATION POLICY
Nuude Esthetics & Beauty Bar — Cancellation Policy At Nuude Esthetics & Beauty Bar, all appointments are reserved exclusively for each client. Out of respect for our time and the time of others, the following policies are strictly enforced: 1. Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost on the day of your appointment. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling: • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. • No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and must be paid in full before rebooking. 3. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled. In such cases, the deposit will not be transferred or refunded. 4. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or missed appointments may result in limitations on future bookings.
